An alumnus of the University of South Florida with over 30 years of B2B sales, real estate, recruiting, and franchise development experience, Kat is uniquely qualified to position companies for growth as highly successful franchise systems. As a senior executive with extensive knowledge and experience in the franchise industry, Kat is skilled in developing franchise sales strategies and implementing them for productive results. She has a strong background in creating and managing franchise systems, fostering professional relationships, expanding established brands, and growing emerging brands beyond their early stages of development. Her passion is matching the perfect franchise with the perfect franchisee and watching both flourish in shared success.
Since starting Monarch in 2020, Kat has been tirelessly broadening the reach of several of the industry's hottest brands. MFC guides brands through the entire franchise process and prepares them to grow quickly and sustainably; from initial consultation, to documentation of client business models and operations, to marketing of franchise business opportunities, all the way through to franchise sales. MFC continues to grow alongside its clients. -
Director, Operations
Since graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management, Chris has continuously been involved in the hospitality industry working at organizations that include Harvey Hotels, Jason’s Deli, and Cowboy Chicken. In a career spanning nearly 35 years, Chris has become uniquely qualified to lead management teams and store development at an organizational level. He has developed and implemented training, operations, franchise, and construction systems in emerging, growing brands.
There is nothing more important to Chris than developing individuals and teams in order for them to reach their full potential. His approach to development, whether it be sales or personnel, is always honest, direct, and collaborative.

Consultant
Prior to joining Monarch, Jack Perelman served as a Senior Transaction Manager for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Transaction Management department of the Dallas office. Jack joined Mohr Partners in 2021 and brought over thirty-five years of experience in corporate real estate to the team during his two year tenure. Jack worked closely with Mohr Partners’ Shared Services Group to administer and oversee corporate real estate transactions for national portfolio clients.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Jack was a Real Estate Transaction Manager for 7 Eleven, Inc. in Irving, TX where he was responsible for the contract and lease negotiations for new 7-Eleven locations from Nevada to the West Coast. He was also responsible for sourcing new locations and overseeing the overall project in the building of new CDC locations and the leasing and lease renewal negotiations for existing Central Distribution Centers, Warehouses and Food Centers as well as Remote Management Offices.
Jack also has over 35 years of experience as a seasoned corporate real estate deal maker and a negotiator. He worked with a multitude of Restaurants such as Cowboy Chicken, Church’s Chicken, Sonic, Ryan’s Family Steak Houses, Bojangles, and KFC along with working with retail concepts such as CVS Pharmacy, Circle K Stores, Dollar General, JP Morgan Chase and Visionworks in his past. -
Business Development Repesentative
Chris is an alumnus of Georgia State University where he majored in Digital Media Production. At Monarch, he produces visual content for MFC and partner brands, writes copy, coordinates press releases and marketing campaigns, and manages technology solutions throughout the company. He also plays a sales support role, assisting with client relations and lead qualification.
He is the founder of Resurgence Filmworks, a Dallas-based video production company.
